We are Glow Marketing. We run patient acquisition for weight-loss and health clinics across the United States. We need someone to call the patients who ask them for help.

What the job actually is

A woman in Texas fills out a form asking about a weight-loss consultation. Three minutes later, you call her. Your job is to get her booked into the clinic's calendar, and to make sure she shows up.

  • Call new inbound leads within minutes of them raising their hand. No cold lists, no scraped numbers, no one who has not asked to hear from you.
  • Book them into a treatment consultation, in person or virtual, depending on the clinic.
  • Confirm and remind existing appointments so the clinic's calendar does not fill up with no-shows.
  • Log everything in the CRM so nothing gets lost between you and the clinic.

You will not be giving medical advice

When a patient asks whether a treatment is safe for them, or what it costs exactly, you do not answer. You hand that to the clinic. Knowing where that line sits is a large part of doing this job well.
