The role

You call inbound leads within minutes of them requesting a consultation, book them into the clinic's calendar, and confirm the booking so they show up.

  • Call inbound leads within minutes of the form being submitted. No cold lists and no scraped numbers.
  • Book consultations, in person or virtual, depending on the clinic.
  • Confirm and remind booked appointments to reduce no-shows.
  • Log every call and its outcome in the CRM.

You will not be giving medical advice

Questions about whether a treatment is suitable, or about exact pricing, go to the clinic. Knowing where that line sits is part of the role.

What we offer

  • A day shift. Colombia and US Eastern share the same clock. Monday to Friday, no night work.
  • Payment in USD, a base plus a bonus for every appointment that shows up.
  • Warm inbound leads only. Every person you call submitted the form themselves, minutes earlier.
  • Remote work, on a contract (prestación de servicios), paid through Wise or Deel.
  • Healthcare, not collections and not telco retention.

Glow Marketing is a small remote team. We run the ads, the funnels, the CRM and the attribution for weight-loss and aesthetic clinics in the US, Europe and the Balkans.

One owner per function and no overlap, which is why this is a single seat rather than a team to join. You would work directly with the other owners and with me.

What happens after you apply

Requirements

  • English throughout. This page, the application, the interview and the job itself. Your patients are in the United States.
  • Two voice recordings as part of this application. One about yourself, one reading a scenario. Both are recorded in your browser, with no app to install.
  • A working microphone, a quiet room and reliable internet. The entire role is spoken.
  • Availability 8am to 6pm US Eastern, Monday to Friday. This is not flexible.
